This Privacy Policy explains how NoteMe Me ("the App", "We", "Us", "Our") handles information when you use the App. We built NoteMe Me to work fully offline, so this policy is short and simple.

1. Definitions

"You" means the person using NoteMe Me. "The App" means the NoteMe Me application, developed by TAUTAUHE.

2. What data we collect

NoteMe Me does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The App has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no internet connection is used by the App. Everything you type or add in the App — note titles, text, images, receipt photos, and audio recordings — is stored only in the App's local storage on your own device.

3. Permissions used by the App

NoteMe Me may request the following device permissions, used only to provide the matching feature on your device and never to collect or transmit data:

  • Camera — to photograph a receipt (struk) for the AI Scan Receipt feature. The photo and the text read from it are processed entirely on your device using on-device text recognition and are never uploaded anywhere.
  • Microphone — to record audio attached to a note.
  • Notifications / exact alarms — to show you a reminder you set for a note, at the time you chose.

You can review or revoke these permissions at any time from your device's Settings.

4. Third parties

NoteMe Me does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or cloud services. Text recognition for the Scan Receipt feature runs fully on-device (via Google ML Kit's on-device model) — no receipt photo or recognized text is sent to Us or to any third party. When you use the optional Backup feature, the App writes a backup file only to a location you choose yourself using your device's file picker — that file is never sent anywhere by the App.

5. Children's privacy

NoteMe Me does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because the App does not collect data from any user regardless of age.

6. Your rights

Because all of your notes stay on your own device and are never sent to Us, you are always in full control of your data. You can view, edit, back up, or permanently delete any note directly within the App at any time.

7. Changes to this policy

If this Privacy Policy changes in a future update of the App, the updated version will be included with that update.
